Should you remain dissatisfied, you may short of court action:
a) if a private policyholder, approach the Insurance Ombudsman Bureau, City Gate 1,135 Park Street, London. SE1 9EA.
b) approach the Association of British Insurers, Consumer Information Dept, 51 Gresham Street, London. EC2V 7HQ.
Alternatively, one of its regional offices may be contacted for which the addresses and telephone numbers
can be found in local telephone directories.
